To Empower this generation 12 -21 by teaching
them the necessary skills to develop Vision in them, to enhance and promote
their Leadership ability, to give them hope and a future, to expand their
capacity to dream, to demonstrate to them purpose driven living, and to teach
them to operate in Excellency.
Purpose:
To provide a foundation
that will empower the youth with Vision and maximize their potential leadership
ability.
(Getting them to see them selves as Heirs
(children) of God)

Training 10 Step Course Objectives:
*To get them connected to
God.
*To develop vision in them
*To enhance and promote
their leadership ability.
*To give them hope and a
future.
*To increase their
capacity to dream.
*To develop them in
purpose.
*To teach them to operate
in the Excellency of God.
*To develop
their productivity.
*To provide early job
opportunities to eligible (16 and up) and mature graduates in business planning
and development, business management, and business ownership.
A study bible and a desire to discover who they truly are.
Each student is required to wear business casual wear
(young men - a shirt with a tie, dress or casual pants, or a suit) (young women
? a dress or skirt lower than the knees, a blouse, or suit) *No pants except on
field trips.
Field Trips:
There will be one field trip per month.
Application Process:
*Each Parent will submit
an application detailing their child?s strengths and areas of needed improvement.
*Each Student will
submit an application detailing their interests, their likes and dislikes,
their goals in life, and their aspirations.
Fee: $100
*Each parent will
be responsible of paying a one time tuition fee for each child. This fee will
cover the leadership candidates learning material, field trips, and banquet.
